I get quite a few questions from many of you in regards to the rules of selling items made from my patterns.
The answer to the question??? YES by all means go ahead and sell the great items made from my patterns but please keep within my copyright guidelines (outlined below) and give me credit for the pattern.
Also please let me know when you are selling items made with my patterns as I would love to send customers your way! I get requests all the time from people who come across my patterns but don't want to make an item themselves and would rather purchase the finish product. I don't sell very many finished items anymore as I am just too busy with pattern designing. So I would love to be able to send those customers your way. I have a list I keep of people selling the finished items and give out that info whenever I get requests for the finished item.

Party Fun !!
Celebrating various milestones, achievements and other events is always fun! We recently had such a party to celebrate various happenings in our lives.
Fun was had eating things like spicy shrimp, yummy artichoke and spinach dips, rumaki and other yummy things.
Of course everything needed to be finished off with an awesome chocolate fondue! And no party would be complete without some great homemade mocktails!
Sometimes one needs to take a break from pattern designing and sewing to just enjoy life!

Great Sewing & Quilting Gadget
I've decided to share some of my favorite Sewing & Quilting tools, gadgets and notions.
Today I'll introduce you to the Rotary Blade Sharpener . This tool has saved me hundreds of dollars by now, I'm sure. It should be a "must-have" gadget for anyone using a rotary cutting blade.
It comes in three sizes: 28mm, 45mm, 60mm. I own one of these sharpeners in each size and I have been using the same sharpeners for several years now and they still work great. Actually come to think of it I am sure many of my rotary blades are several years old as well. And they still work great too :) And I use them a lot. So this gadget is definitely one of my top must-have items in my studio.
You can purchase this tool directly from Colonial Needle or from other online sites including Etsy where I've seen them for less than $10.
